You need a rooting device first. Open our device Usb Debug. Click on the one shown in picture 1 and wait for the device to be routed.
Select Mode 3 in the Mode section and type in the iMei number and press Start.
And Okey.
Alternative .......MTK Droid Tools With Imei Repair.
With Kingo Root you can do it with Mtk Droid Tools but it will not be permanent.
